Dear Matt

I have been looking for a Soulmate/True Love for a very long time. I have recently been taking more risks to get out and meet people. I have also been doing my best to be happy with me, without "needing" someone else to make me happy. Yet, sometimes, I wonder if there is more I need to do? Sometimes, I just wish there'd be a "sign" that I will be in the right place at the right time.

Keep making the effort! The Universe does meet us half way, and sooner or later (my guess is sooner) something will click and you will be having the time of your life. And when that happens, look out. That's when you will get swept off your feet, and I hope you come back down to earth the next day. I see a cute little feminine blonde coming your way!

Hi Matt,

I'm freakin' out about whether my house is going to sell. It's a small house, out in the country, and everybody is telling me it's going to take a while to sell...that I should just relax until next Spring!

(Footnote - writer wrote to say that she closed on the house 4 weeks later - despite what all the real estate agents were 'predicting!' It felt like a miracle!)
